This postpartum meal package is a curation of true devotion to rest, healing and love. Inspired by the principles of Ayurveda, enjoy warm and easy to digest meals and nutrient dense snacks after birth, fresh and delivered straight to your door.
Each batch will generally feed a family of 4. The meal package should carry the family through 2-3 days, or a couple through roughly 4 days. This is all depending on number of people, ages, and how much each person eats.
Most of these items can also be frozen. All items are made in a home-kitchen, with organic ingredients being a top-priority. Always pasture-raised and grass-fed where possible as well, or hand harvested from our home garden and chickens.
